Financial Specifications
We require our franchisees to participate in a certain amount of financial commitments.
Franchise Fee
Our franchise fee is $20,000 Canadian and is a one-time cost to cover the use of Chicken Delight trademarks, systems and all the key services provided by Chicken Delight.
On top of this we require franchisees to pay:
- Royalties: 5% of sales payable on a monthly basis
- Advertising: 3% of Sales payable on a monthly basis
In your local market you are also expected to allocate 1 % of your sales towards local promotion and advertising.
Franchise Agreement
The agreement is for a 10-year period with a renewal option for a further 10 years.
A refundable deposit of up to $5,000 is required to initiate the process with the balance payable upon the actual execution of your franchise agreement.

Costs
Estimated cost range for a Chicken Delight restaurant in a leased premises 1600 – 1800 sq. ft. offering takeout, delivery and dine-in service up to 50 seats is $469,080 to $731,300.
